Most items ship within 2-4 business days + shipping time. Orders are shipped either via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Both options include tracking, and items typically arrive 2-4 days after the item has shipped.

Well, first things first, we're not going to panic. It's rare that items arrive in anything less than pristine condition, but hey things happen! Please contact me at hendrickswoodworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and I will send out a replacement for you. 

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Our products are made from cement mix and are sealed on the inside and outside for protection and long lasting use. Do not use any cleaning products. Cement products can be wipe cleaned with a wet cloth.

Wood products are not dishwasher safe. They can be washed with dish soap. It is recommended to oil wood products with mineral oil to maintain rich appearance and longevity.
